CTS Courier launches initiative to gives back to customers

CTS Courier, one of the country’s courier service providers, has launched the Bwenzi la Akasi Initiative, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program aimed at supporting customers during both joyous and difficult moments.

Speaking about the initiative, CTS Courier Managing Director Jacqueline Bokosi emphasized that the company’s success is largely due to its customers, and the initiative is a way of giving back.

“CTS is where it is today because of our customers. We have grown into a leading courier company in Malawi because of their support. As a way of saying thank you, we introduced the Bwenzi la Akasi Initiative to stand with them in all situations,” Bokosi explained.

She further highlighted that CTS Courier is committed to being more than just a service provider but a partner in their customers’ lives.

“When our customers are happy, we celebrate with them. When they face tough times, we stay close to them,” she added.

Through this initiative, CTS Courier aims to create a stronger bond with its customers, reinforcing its commitment to not only delivering parcels but also supporting the people behind them.
